| With the economic development in our country and the progress of society,the role of private-owned enterprises in the development of our national economy is getting bigger and bigger.With the acceleration of globalization,the price competition among homogeneity products among enterprises has gradually shifted to the value-driven competition led by innovation.The key to this is the competition among qualified personnel.At the present stage,the main body of private enterprises in our country are all small and medium-sized enterprises.The brain drain in such enterprises is very serious,seriously restricting the healthy development of private-owned enterprises.Attracting,motivating and preventing brain drain has become an important research topic in today’s society.Shenyang,an important historical and cultural city in northern China and a new Chinese manufacturing base for equipment,has long been the political and economic center of the Northeast.In today’s China,the degree to which a developed private economy is developed is the extent to which the regional economy is developed.The gap in the development of a regional economy is the disparity in the development of the private economy.In recent years,the rapid development of the southeast coastal areas,the rapid development of private economy is an important reason.In recent years,the reason why the Northeast has fallen behind is that the "nation" is not strong and the people are not rich enough.There is a lack of private enterprises that can really support local economic development.Due to "a priori" leading to "stamina" and a series of problems,the industrial restructuring and upgrading difficulties,leading to private enterprises is difficult to become bigger and stronger,and ultimately lag behind the local development.Based on the theory of psychological contract,using the empirical research method and the structural equation model,taking the private-owned talent in Shenyang as the research object,based on the domestic and international psychological contract,the psychological contract violation and the theory of brain drain,Responsibility,twoaspects of responsibility,development,normative and interpersonal,and analyzes the causes of brain drain based on the relationship between psychological contract and employee satisfaction and turnover intention,and concludes from two different aspects Summarized the brain drain control measures.In this study,15 private-owned enterprises in Shenyang were selected to issue questionnaires to their employees in total of 500 questionnaires.The use of statistical analysis software spss22.0 exploratory analysis of data combined with AMOS software for testability analysis.Empirical results show that each scale has a good reliability and validity,confirming that each dimension of the psychological contract is positively correlated with employee satisfaction and negatively correlated with the turnover intention,and that employee attribute differences can also lead to different degrees of psychological contract.Affect brain drain.Through empirical research conclusions,try to build a control model of corporate brain drain,and put forward two aspects of control and management measures,that is,psychological contract exploration period,the establishment period,identity period,the crisis management measures,as well as from the psychological contract three different Manage the dimension.It is hoped that this study can give enlightenment and help to local private enterprises in human resources management. |
