In 2015,China proposed the "Made in China 2025" strategy,which clearly stated that it is necessary to accelerate the cultivation of management and management personnel,professional and technical personnel,and skilled personnel that is urgently needed for the development of the manufacturing industry,adhere to the development path led by talents,and build a high-quality and structure Reasonable manufacturing talent team[1].How to ensure that the group continues to be a leader is a proposition that every middle and senior management of the JB Group needs to cause deep thinking.In this context,JB Group puts forward new requirements for the ability of managers.How to realize the "Improve the quality and increase the quantity" of middle and senior managers in JB Group is the research theme of this paper.The research object of this paper is JB Group,a manufacturing group with more than 60 factories under its diversified management.Because of the large number of industries involved,it has made it more difficult for the group to organize the training of middle and senior managers.This thesis first understands the training-related concepts and theories through literature research,which lays a solid foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,by sorting out the general situation of the JB Group,the training status and the training status of middle and senior managers,some signs of problems can be found.Then,the 212 middle and senior managers of JB Group were found and found that the training coverage of the middle and senior management was too narrow,the training demand management and training project design were formal,the training was mainly external lecturers,and the teaching method was single,and the training evaluation effect is not ideal,etc.Based on the analysis of the cause of the problem,according to this,it provides optimization suggestions and guarantees measures for the training of middle and senior managers.Finally,from May to December 2019,the optimization of the JB Group middle and senior managers training project was carried out.The project results were highly recognized by the training demand proposer.On the one hand,it produces good training results,on the other hand,it provides a reference model for the organization and development of the JB Group' s follow-up middle and senior managers training projects.Through the study of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:To achieve the goal of "Improve the quality and increase the quantity" of middle and senior managers of JB Group,it is necessary to establish a talent echelon construction mechanism,standardize training demand management and training project design,improve training project implementation and strengthen internal teacher construction and improvement of training evaluation mechanism.At the same time,it is necessary to provide full support from the group and the factory,train the staff to improve fully,and the trainees to devote themselves wholeheartedly to ensure that the optimization recommendations are fully implemented.Based on the foundation of in-depth research,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions for the training of middle and senior managers of JB Group and puts into practice the suggestions.On the one hand,it can provide a reference for the training of middle and senior managers of a diversified manufacturing group.On the other hand,it can also enrich the research on the training of middle and senior managers.
