Nowadays,China has entered the era of knowledge-based economy rapidly,so it is inevitable for Chinese enterprises to cope with all kinds of brand-new challenges and opportunities.And the key of knowledge-based economy lies in talent,which is also considered as one of the scarcest resources of this era.Therefore,Chinese enterprises are becoming more and more aware of the significance of talent training,especially the training of managers who are the backbone of enterprises.Based on this,it is imperative to establish a systematic management training system.In this paper,company H-D is examined as a case study of how training system of senior management is working in China,questionnaires and face-to-face interviews are adopted in this research.By consulting and studying the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of human resources training,it summarizes the problems existing in the training of senior managers,such as the lack of training demand analysis;incomplete training content;lack of training teachers;single training mode;invalid training and so on.After a series of reasons,the analysis leads to the reconstructing of training system of senior management of Company H-D,which includes the requirements analysis,training objectives,principles,training plan formulation,training plan implementation,training effect assessment and feedback and so on.And at the same time it puts forward three levels of measures,including organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee and resource guarantee.This paper mainly applies human resource training theory to the study of Company H-D,and carries out a systematic and scientific training system research for middle and senior management of the enterprise.Furthermore,it can render some reference value for the training system of distribution stores in other parts of mainland China.
