With the advent of knowledge economy and the age of Big Date,talent competition has become the focus of attention again.China Postal Savings Bank is a century enterprise,especially after the shareholding system reform,in order to meet the new situation requirements,the demand for high-quality personnel is also more urgent,and timely development of senior management training,is one of the effective ways to enhance the level of talent.Based on the years' work experience of the JS branch of the Postal Savings Bank,this paper studies the problem of insufficient effectiveness of the current JS branch talent training,based on the actual talent demand of the JS branch,and puts forward the idea of constructing the effective JS branch middle and senior management personnel Of the training system,in order to improve the effectiveness of JS branch training,to create high-quality talent of the Postal Savings Bank JS branches.This paper's main research objects are the 335 middle and senior management personnel of JS branch of postal savings bank,analyzes the status quo of training senior management personnel in JS branch,according to the existing senior management staff of the training process,analysis method,questionnaire survey,staff interviews and other methods using qualitative research in the literature,analysis JS branch in present stage of senior management personnel training status and problems,such as the training content free,single form of training,training evaluation and lack of supervision,lack of training achievements,operational scheme is proposed to further optimize the training process,including training effectiveness survey training needs identification,training plan and implementation plan optimization the results of training,evaluation and transformation,and puts forward the safeguard measures in the corporate culture,organization,human resources,security system etc.In order to enhance the training effect of middle and top managers of JS branch of the postal savings bank.The conclusion of this paper to the senior management of other postal savings commercial banks to optimize and enhance the training process has a certain significance,also can be reference for the training process optimization of the postal savings bank JS branch staff,has a strong practical.
