With the rapid development of China's economy,the problem of low quality of logistics industry practitioners has gradually emerged,which greatly restricts the pace of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Training is an effective way to improve the ability and quality of enterprise practitioners.This paper selects the relatively representative,Shanghai trans-link international logistics company as the research object.It is a third-party logistics company serving high-end enterprises.Middle-level managers,as the mainstay of enterprise development,play an irreplaceable role in executing the instructions of the superiors,mobilizing the grass-roots employees,achieving the enterprise goals and improving the enterprise performance.Therefore,this paper has tried to conclude training programs and implementation measures suitable for the current situation and development needs of human resource training in small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China by studying the training system and mode of middle-level managers in Shanghai trans-link international logistics company.First of all,through the reading of vast amount of literature,carrying out questionnaire survey and interview with employees face to face,this paper found the problems existing in current training work and the inadequate: less total amount,insufficient standard,lower curriculum professional degree,which is due to a lack of top-level design,insufficient recognition of employees,the lack of training teachers,the lack of scientific reasons and so on.To this end,this paper focuses on four aspects: the establishment of a standardized training system,the establishment of a practical and perfect teacher base,the establishment of a substantial and useful curriculum base,holding trainings according to local conditions combined with the actual situation.All of these suggestions are effective in a way.Then,in order to make the training work well,this paper,in addition to pointing out the long-term improvement direction of training work,has also designed an annual training plan for the middle managers,proposing to carry out the management skills upgrading training,logistics professional ability training,important subjects training and network training and so on,which has formed a training system.Among them,the management training is an annual training,improving the leadership of middle cadres.Logistics professional training focuses on professional knowledge of middle managers in logistics.Important subjects training focus on the key topics of current events,so that the middle managers can always keep up with the pace of the times.Network training focuses on the supplement of various knowledge systems,expanding training forms,and increasing the knowledge of middle managers.In the annual training plan,this paper has designed 19 training courses for middle managers,preliminarily evaluated the location,number of people,number of periods,length of schooling,budget and other contents,and provided suggestions for senior managers on how to carry out the training work.Finally,in order to ensure the training work in logistics enterprises effectively develop for a long time,this paper has focused on how to strengthen the institutional guarantee,funding support and organizational support,around the core idea of "system is basic guarantee,training course is a soul,a lecturer is a training carrier,evaluation is an important index",established a series of training measures including the key points of training management methods,the key points of internal lecture system,the key points of training evaluation method,the key points of funds management method and the key points of strengthening the organization,providing guidance to carry out the training work effectively.
