Employee training is a process that the enterprise arranges for its staff to update and replenish their knowledge and skills designedly and systematically according to certain goals, which serves the overall objective of the enterprise. Therefore, the training system needs to focus on the development strategy of the enterprise. In addition, the core employees such as technical engineers and talented managers which have great influence on the enterprise development are difficult to get from the external market rapidly. Getting all these employees from the external market rather than through internal planned training will weaken the enthusiasm of the employees, and in turn affect the cohesion and vitality of the enterprise. So how to do internal training with a plan, and how to get the training system involved in the enterprise overall strategy are of great significance.By analyzing the states quo of human resource management, overall training management and middle&senior managers training management of Great Wall Information Company, we find out that it exits several problems in the middle&senior managers training management such as selecting training courses blindly, weak training planning, formalistic training process and insufficient training evaluation. This paper focuses on the reasons of these problems including that the training demand survey is insufficient. It is not known what training courses fit the company’s development which result in opening training courses blindly; appropriate training plan is not developed which results in the training program is weak; and the company executives pay less attention to the training system which results in the implementation process of training system is not in place; and the professional standards of the training staff are low which result in inaccurate assessment of training effectiveness. As to make a fundamental solution to the problems of the middle&senior managers training management in the Great Wall Information Company, this paper builds a new middle and senior managers training management system, which based on the strategy of this company, with four links-training&development needs analysis, training&development planning, training&development implementation, and training&development assessment and feedback.This paper attempts to establish a training system which puts the middle&senior managers as core trainees, carries out a series of training courses through the development of middle and senior managers training program, and fosters the managers who are with proficiency and characteristics so as to establish a professional, high-quality, performance-based management team to meet the need of knowledgeable managers, and lay a solid foundation of supporting the "Twelfth-Five Year Plan" strategic objectives of the Great Wall Information Company.
