Under the dual situation of new normal of economy and high pressure of financial environment at home and abroad,banking business and channels are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.Accelerating business transformation and strengthening financial innovation are the key to meet the challenges.Economic and financial environment puts forward higher requirements for banks to train excellent financial talents.Young employees are good at accepting new knowledge,brave to accept new challenges,full of passion and energy,and are the main force of innovation,transformation and development of the financial industry.How to maximize the overall quality of young employees,improve their business capacity,and leverage the bank's business transformation and financial innovation is an important topic worthy of serious study and in-depth practice.Bank A is the first level branch of domestic joint-stock banks.With the promotion of the policy of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,the business scale of bank a is expanding day by day.As the vanguard and main force of bank,young employees have gradually grown into an indispensable force in bank a's business transformation and innovation development.A series of talent dilemmas,such as the aging of management talents,the lack of expert talents and the fault of management talent reserve,have promoted the accelerated training of young employees of bank a to an unprecedented level.In order to further understand the thoughts and thoughts of young employees,master the ideological trends and development needs of young employees in the bank,better create conditions for their growth and development,and further give full play to the pioneering and exemplary role of young employees in transformation and innovation,this paper takes young employees in bank a as the research object,and uses the management knowledge learned by MBA to first carry out the research on the structure of young talents in bank a Analyze and explore the problems existing in the cultivation of young talents,design the cultivation system of young talents,establish scientific selection standards,carry out talent evaluation,select young talents with high potential to be shortlisted in the talent pool,unblock the development channels of young talents,implement the training plan of practical talents,implement the appointment selection and tracking mechanism,and improve the operation and coordination of the construction of young talents echelon With the same mechanism,we will realize the sustainable operation of the construction of young talent echelon,create a talent process of standard,selection,training and appointment,and improve the management efficiency and production capacity of young talents.Through the design and application of this training program,bank a not only forms a systematic training mode for young talents,provides reference for future talent training,and builds a team of young wolf talents who can fight and win.At the same time,through scientific training system,young talents can shorten the competent time of management posts to 1-3 years.Through the planning and overall planning of learning map to meet the needs of young talents to effectively improve the p robability of competency,a bank team configuration has been further optimized,production capacity has been further improved.
