Following the Party’s 18th National Congress,the Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has attached great importance to youth work."The youths are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation".Whether at the central talent’s working conference or on different occasions such as communication and discussion with young people,Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the vital importance of young people’s growth and accomplishment.Young people are the most dynamic,creative,and plastic group.Cultivating a team of excellent young talent is not only the essential hope for the prosperity of the Party and the people but also the key to enhancing the core competitiveness and promoting the high-quality development of enterprises.Talent is the first resource.Building an excellent team of young talents and establishing a scientific training system of young talents are of great significance to the high-quality and sustainable development of BJ company.Taking the young talents under 35 years old of BJ company as the research object,this dissertation analyzes the current training mechanism of young talents in BJ company by the ways of literature research,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and field investigation to find out young talents’ structure,state,psychology and training needs.It is believed that there are some problems in the training process for young talents,such as imperfect planning mechanism,lack of pertinence in training content,imperfect training evaluation mechanism,insufficient investment in training resources,lack of consciousness in grass-roots training.The optimization of young talent training system are explored,and principles of strategic guidance,sharing and all-win,stratification and classification should be followed.The optimization measures are put forward,such as improving young talent planning mechanism,establishing mechanism of incentive and restraint,creating ripe youth talent selection mechanism of young talents,increasing investment in young talent training resources and comprehensively strengthening the construction of talent training culture.The implementation should be put forward from the aspects of the determination,training mode,assessment and application of results of the Roc Plan young talents from the aspects of organization,system,capital,and personnel,so as to stimulate the potential of young talents and provide support of young talents for the high-quality development of BJ company. |
