The report of the Nineteenth National Congress pointed out that the issues of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers are fundamental issues related to national economy and people's livelihood. It is particularly important to deal with the r elationship between people and land. With the continuous deepening of China's economic system reform and the continuous advancement of urbanization, the va lue of land assets has become more obvious, and the number of farmers transfe rring to non-agricultural industries has become greater. How to revitalize idle la nd resources in rural areas and promote the rational use of land resources has become the focus of current rural work.At present,China advocates deepening the reform of the land system, cultivating new-type agricultural management enti ties, promoting large-scale agricultural management and building a modern agric ultural system, encouraging the transfer of various forms of land contractual ma nagement rights. However,it was difficult to achieve large-scale farmland mana gement in the early circulation methods mainly including exchange, transfer, sub contracting and leasing, and it was difficult to effectively guarantee the interests of farmers. Therefore, the promotion of land trust circulation and centralized la nd contracting management right is a useful exploration to adapt to the backgro und of the separation of the three powers. This article is based on the land trust circulation model, based on the dom estic and foreign land trust circulation research, from the perspective of farmers,to study the factors affecting farmers' satisfaction with land trust circulation.T his article selects Dengzhou,a major agricultural city,as the research area.Base d on in-depth field research and interviews,we will understand the personal cha racteristics, family characteristics, land characteristics, evaluation of the living en vironment of the local farmers, and evaluation of the transfer of land trust in D engzhou.Clarify the current problems of Dengzhou land trust circulation, and c onstruct a structural equation model of the satisfaction of farmers' land trust cir culation, find out the specific factors that significantly affect their satisfaction,a nd provide policy recommendations for the continuous promotion of land trust c irculation.Through field survey data and analysis of the operating results of the struct ural equation model, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Circulation of lan d trust can increase farmers' income and promote the formation of large-scale fa rmland;(2)In the process of implementing land trust circulation in Dengzhou,t here are problems such as low willingness of farmers to participate in land trus t circulation, unreasonable formulation of land trust circulation income standards, poor follow-up guarantees, and a single financing channel;(3)The significant factors affecting the satisfaction of farmers' land trust turnover include farmers'endowment conditions and farmers 'satisfaction with the external environment,A t the same time, farmers 'understanding of the land trust circulation policy, the degree of trust in the trust institution, the degree of recognition of the trust tra nsfer income and the timeliness of the issuance of income will also affect the s atisfaction of farmers' land trust circulation. In response to the above problems, this article puts forward policy recommendations such as increasing the willingn ess of farmers to transfer trusts, establishing long-term social security mechanis ms and expanding financing channels, and providing more financial service func tions, let land trust flow play an important role in gathering land resources and realizing large-scale benefits.
