The Impact Of Sustainable Livelihood Capital On Farmers’ Satisfaction Of Farmland Trust Circulation

Farmland trust transfer is a combination of trust system and farmland transfer.It is a unique new type of farmland transfer model developed under the background of the "threerights separation" of farmland in my country.It can promote the scale operation of farmland and increase farmland production.However,the model is still in the early stage of exploration in practice,and has not yet been developed to a very complete level.There is a lot of room for improvement in the future.The transfer of farmland trust involves the land that farmers depend on.Farmers are the actual trustees and beneficiaries in the transfer of farmland trusts,and they are also the most direct feelings and one of the most important subjects.The transfer of farmland trusts is a new The implementation of the policy should consider the subjective feelings and evaluations of the main farmers in order to facilitate the subsequent improvement and sustainable development of the policy.Therefore,it is very important to find the key factors that affect the satisfaction of farmers in the transfer of farmland trust.The livelihood capital is related to the subjective well-being of farmers,and it also affects the transfer and transfer behavior of farmland,and it has been proved that it can be used to evaluate the performance or satisfaction of farmland transfer.After the farmland trust is transferred,farmers’ livelihood capital will change.This is a response to policy shocks and will continue to be fed back into the subsequent policy implementation process.Therefore,the perspective of livelihood capital theory is adopted to study the transfer of farmland trust to farmers.The impact of satisfaction is a direction that cannot be skipped.At present,my country has carried out many practices and attempts to transfer agricultural land trust,among which Dengzhou City,Henan Province has achieved good results on the whole.This article attempts to take Dengzhou City,Henan Province as an example,combined with local actual conditions,establish a causal relationship between sustainable livelihood capital and farmland trust transfer farmers’ satisfaction,and measure the sustainable livelihoods of farmers in Menglou Town and Linpa Town,Dengzhou City.Capital situation and local farmers’ satisfaction with the transfer of farmland trust,and then use the structural equation model to analyze the influence of the former on the latter,and analyze the results based on the actual situation of the survey.Finally,from the perspective of the main body of the farmer,Dengzhou Farmland Trust Circulation put forward relevant policy recommendations.The results of the research show:(1)The interviewed farmers’ satisfaction with the overall transfer of agricultural land trust in Dengzhou City is acceptable,but their satisfaction with the transfer income is relatively low;(2)Human capital,financial capital,and material capital have a positive impact on agriculture.The satisfaction of land trust transfer farmers has a significant positive effect,natural capital has a significant negative impact on the satisfaction of farmland trust transfer farmers,and the impact of social capital on the satisfaction of farmland trust transfer farmers is positive but not significant;(3)When human capital,financial capital,and physical capital increase by 1 unit each,the satisfaction of farmland trust-transferred farmers will increase by 0.496,0.357,and 0.196 units respectively.When natural capital increases by 1 unit,the satisfaction of farmland trust-transferred farmers will increase by 1 unit.Will be reduced by 0.152 units.Furthermore,this article puts forward policy recommendations for scientifically formulating agricultural land trust circulation price standards,guaranteeing the quality of contracted land and the rights and interests of clients,improving local infrastructure facilities and rural social security systems,and specifically expanding non-agricultural employment space for local farmers.
