| Land circulation is not only the need of economic reform in a certain stage of China’s social and economic development, but also an important way to promote agricultural productivity.Improving the utilization efficiency of cultivated land, realizing the efficient use of land resources and establishing a more scientific and rational land circulation system can give farmers more income channels, and further promote the large-scale operation of agriculture, thus making agriculture more competitive and allowing farmers to work and start businesses more freely,so as to better promote the healthy and stable development of China’s social economy. It is of great practical significance to deeply understand China’s land circulation policy, analyze the current factors affecting rural land circulation, and put forward targeted suggestions,so that farmers can benefit and rural economy can develop better. The past studies have received less attention to the flow of microscopic scale and its influencing factors. In this study,it is based on the topic, relying on the two townships in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province, collecting data through farmland circulation survey, summarizing the characteristics of farmland flow in townships,Revealing its influencing factors, research conclusions can provide reference for further implementation of local agricultural land transfer. This paper summarizes the research status of scholars on this issue by studying domestic and foreign literature, including the related concepts, influencing factors and system of agricultural land transfer, and then issues a questionnaire in the study areas(Economic Development Zone and Yazhou Town of Hai ’an City)and based on 231 questionnaire data, analysis the current situation of land transfer in the studyareas, constructs the theoretical model of influencing factors of farmers’ farmland transfer behavior, and then verifies the hypothesis by descriptive statistics and Logistic model regression.According to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,"the stability of land rights","the enjoyment of social security" and "family status" are the main factors affecting the circulation and transfer of farmers’ contracted management rights. The stronger the land rights, the stronger the farmer’s land transfer;the stronger of the social development, will improve the security of farmers, provide security for farmers, farmers are more willing to participate in land circulation;family income The more reasonable structure, and the proportion of non-agricultural employment revenue means that farmers will have a stronger will of land transfer.According to the above research conclusions, combined with the actual situation of the agricultural land flow of Hai’an City, the following recommendations are proposed, including standardizing the way of agricultural land circulation, optimizing the relationship between agricultural land circulation and farmers’ social security, and strengthening the implementation of government functions. |
