Nowadays,Because of the company's development,the company's management gradually pays attention to the financial model.The traditional financial organization structure is less and more unable to adapt to the current development and scale of the company.The financial sharing center is to integrate part of the company's internal business,giving priority to forming an independent financial sharing center department to handle business operations at lower costs,to reduce costs and provide better standard services;It can also optimize and streamline financial institutions and improve the professionalism of financial services.Due to the late introduction of Financial Sharing Service in China's enterprise groups,the development of financial sharing service centers is uneven.How to maximize the advantages of financial sharing service is a major problem currently facing.Therefore,the enterprise group must optimize the financial sharing service center according to the industry characteristics and its own characteristics.Based on the existing theoretical research results of Financial Sharing Center at home and abroad,this paper studies the operation of Financial Sharing Service Center of GM enterprise group,Summarize the current situation and existing problems of organization structure,business process,information system and centralized accounting in the process of operation,and then carries out a project of Financial Sharing Service Center of GM enterprise group through practical research.Aim To optimize the design and put forward different optimization measures in order to put forward solutions to the problems of module optimization of Financial Sharing services,maximize the advantages of Financial Sharing services,and provide some reference and guidance for the succeeding companies in the successful optimization of Financial Sharing Service centers.
