Study On Operational Risk Management And Control Of Agricultural Development Bank Of China

The registered capital of the agricultural development bank of China is all state capital(the ministry of finance).It strengthens state capital,carries out the will of the state,and performs policy functions.It is the purpose of the agricultural development bank of China to realize the maximization of national value in a broad sense.The bank specialized field aspect body grasps the specialized quality,follows the general bank operation rule.This article through to the agricultural development bank of China A branch(policy Banks)to study the operational risk control,designed to increase A branch in the aspect of operation risk management and control ability,thereby further found that exist in the daily business operation risk management is not timely,incomplete regulatory system,rules and regulations update speed is slow,system implementation does not reach the designated position,the problems existing in the system of hardware and software,in order to improve the state of A branch of daily operation mechanism and control.In the process of writing this paper,I summarized the daily operation of A branch on the basis of referring to relevant literature,found problems,put forward problems and solved problems.For the whole research process,case analysis,questionnaire,literature and other methods are mainly adopted.Starting from the current risk points of the existence of A branch,this paper describes the risk distribution characteristics and control methods of each department of the bank,and gives A detailed overview of the existing operational risks,including causes and types,and proposes corresponding improvement measures from the four dimensions of operational risks(personnel,external events,processes and systems).In view of the research content,the corresponding Suggestions are put forward:establish the people-oriented purpose,improve the sense of responsibility and enhance the quality of the staff training;Improve the predictability of policy interpretation,highlight characteristics and improve efficiency;Clarify the post function,strengthen the training and guidance mechanism,and improve the operation ability of the staff;Frame the emergency plan,isolate the production network section and the office network section,and strengthen the risk self-investigation.Thus reduce the probability of branch operation risk,for the management decision to provide a reference.
