Study On Prevention Of Operational Risk For Counter Business In N Bank Community Branch Based On The Perspective Of Internal Control

Operational risk is the traditional risk that banks face.In recent years,with the "Internet plus" thinking,the financial field changes rapidly.In the process of the transformation and upgrading of the major commercial banks,the community branch has been established to promote the development of business.In order to seek development,banks are developing many new processes,new business and new marketing methods.However,these also bring more challenges to the counter business.Although commercial banks are more and more strict to defend against operational risk,including the use of many new techniques,such as the use of centralized authorization platform to standardize business review equipped with various types of self-service equipment to create smart hall,but cases related to operational risk are still frequent.Some new technology has also become a fraud and money laundering tool of external forces to violate law.The author worked at N bank for two years and has deep experience of the operational risk.Therefore,the author believes that it is necessary to research and analysis of the operational risk of commercial bank counter from the perspective of internal control,and puts forward some suggestions to improve.This paper takes the N bank community branches as the object to research the operational risks exist in the N bank with the author's work experience,field survey and recent cases of N bank community branch.Through the perspective of internal control,the causes of the existing operational risks are analyzed and summarized.Finally this paper puts forward optimization suggestions for operational risk for N Bank community branch counter business based on the various elements of internal control.
