Based on a fast economic development,China has played a more and more important role in the world during the 21 st century.Since the reform and opening up policy,some problems have arisen regarding the development and growth of private enterprises.The common problem is the inability for integrating business model and enterprise development effectively.The top-down hierarchical management model is widely used in most Chinese companies which is more likely to cause the lack of employees motivation.XH Company has stuck at the bottleneck of its development process and urgently needs to improve its operating management model in order to ensure the precise management in very details and obtain greater company value.Amoeba's management model is an accounting tool introduced from Japan and it is an internal independent accounting mechanism created by the founder of Kyocera Ina Kazuo.Under this model,the entire company will be divided into many different functional departments called “a small collective unit” of the Amoeba organization,where each small collective unit can operate and account independently.In 2018,XH Company has started to transform its management model.The management of J Group decided to take XH company which is an internet technology-led subsidiary as a pioneer enterprise to adopt and implement the Amoeba business model with the aim of cultivating business sense of leadership,stimulating independent business sense of employees,and thus improve the effectiveness of whole organization.This thesis consisted of 5 chapters.Firstly,the basic theory of Amoeba was analyzed from the theoretical perspective,and the current research situation at home and abroad was summarized to clarify the basic theory of case study.Secondly,this thesis analyzed the basic situation and operating problem of XH company before taking Amoeba model.In addition,the application process of Amoeba model in XH company were analyzed in order to find out the problems existing in XH company via specific case study.Finally,in order to have a comprehensive evaluation of the usage of Amoeba model,this thesis did a comparative analysis in some key factors before and after adopting the Amoeba model of XH company,including company expenses,main operating indicators,on-time delivery rate,employee turnover rate,etc.,and some suggestions for reference were proposed to implement the Amoeba management model.The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the Amoeba management model on XH company,the adoption process,effects and existing problems while operating this model as well.Some suggestions were proposed to implement the Amoeba management model.This study found that the Amoeba model has a certain positive impact on strengthening internal management,controlling labor costs,improving working efficiency and improving applicability of enterprises.This thesis did some contribution on the existing research works about the Amoeba's operation in the Internet industries,providing some experience and reference for improving the management innovation and implementation of this model in some domestic enterprises.
