Under the changing market environment in our country,the traditional enterprise management mode must be adjusted constantly in order to better adapt to the development of modern economy.In order to further improve the development of enterprise management mode,enterprise managers should always pay attention to the economic development situation and enterprise management mode.At present,the most important thing in the management of enterprises is enterprise performance management,which has a decisive impact on the quality and efficiency of enterprise management.China’s economic development is directly affected by the development of state-owned enterprises.The reform of state-owned enterprises with the deepening of reform and opening up has made great achievements,from the overall point of view can adapt to the development of China’s market economy,the construction of modern enterprise management system with the deepening of the board of directors of the pilot work also gradually to more perfect development.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s social economy,the competition of Chinese investment enterprises has become more and more fierce.as a state-owned investment company,g company must construct a set of perfect and effective performance management system in order to promote its own competitive strength and the development of comprehensive ability.G company’s performance management system in the establishment of the enterprise has achieved continuous domestic new you,but from the point of view of the actual construction effect of its performance management system is still to be further improved,to the performance index system design,for example,the index system design does not start from the practical point of view,only based on the theoretical level can not play a real assessment utility.In this paper,through in-depth understanding and analysis of the g company performance management system of the actual development situation,through the use of Mr Kazuo inamori’s amoeba business ideas and models,this paper based on the balanced scorecard practical advantages on the basis of the g company performance management system to build a set of effective and quantifiable performance system,in order to improve employee performance.Through more micro management,establish strategic,performance-oriented,humanistic-oriented performance management ideas,for the current state-owned enterprises in China to provide ideas for effective management and control mode,to achieve the further development of state-owned enterprises.
