PV industry is the development direction of strategic emerging industries in China. It was rising sharply from 2004 with the European market demand for PV products. From 2009 to 2010, PV industry in China was grown dramatically. Since 2011, the serious excess capacity and anti-dumping and countervailing measures against China made our PV industry downturn. From 2013, it started to recover along with the policy support and domestic market ramp-up. In 2015, the government started to drive the "leader" plan, etc., to promote industry technology upgrades through enterprise mergers, acquisitions, restructuring of backward production capacity, and also determined to increase the proportion of renewable energy in energy production and consumption in “13th Five Year Plan”.China’s PV industry is facing a good opportunity, and at the same time, is also facing severe challenges, mainly reflected in: high financing cost and cash flow stress; subsidies for renewable energy in arrears lead to power plant financial pressure to the upstream transmission; high dependence on overseas market; facing the frequent overseas trade disputes; Solar electricity connection to grid at an equal price still not achieved; China PV industry still highly depend on policy support. With the photovoltaic feed-in tariffs are clear cut policy, the technology upgrading and cost reduction have become increasingly demanding. This will impact China’s PV position in the industrial.In the face of the current situation, the TN PV company needs to release the potential of the enterprise and improve the enterprise productivity and added value, which requires the transformation and upgrading of enterprise business philosophy and management methods. In order to achieve lower production costs, increase production capacity, arouse the enthusiasm of employees and improve enterprise core competitiveness, the management team decided to introduce Amoeba mode into the company. From 2014 to now, in nearly two years of practice, the TN PV company not only got great improvement in the operation, but also gained valuable experience.Amoeba mode is originated by one of San Japan business, Mr.Kazuo Inamori. Kazuo Inamori created two fortune 500 companies- Kyocera and the second telecom(KDDI), Kyocera never loss in more than 50 years. Amoeba mode is based on the business philosophy, which divides the whole company into many small organizations called Amoeba, each small group is an independent profit center, operating independently and account independently. Through the time unit value added assessment of each employee, this mode mobilizes the enthusiasm and potential creativity and achieves the “Full participation” operation. Amoeba mode can focus on solving three aspects of the problems in the company: corporate culture construction, corporate site management and leadership training.This article starts from the analysis of operation status and existing problems in TN PV company, elaborates the need for companies to import Amoeba mode; and then, expounds the actual implementation of Amoeba mode in TN PV company through 4 steps in detail: the company’s objective of Amoeba mode, the preparation and implementation steps, PDCA cycle to improve in each unit and the effects and results evaluation. Finally, the article provides the effort for the long-term implementation plan for the mode in TN PV company from 4 aspects: the enterprise culture construction, organization division and organization structure, independent accounting mechanism, performance evaluation and incentive mechanism.Amoeba mode was considered as a key by most Chinese companies, they eager to implement it immediately even without a quite good understanding. However, most of them do not have one-step-to-reach condition. This article aims to analyze the Amoeba mode in the practices in TN PV company, summarize the successful experience and challenges in the implementation encountered, and then provide the reference and experience to those companies which intend to import Amoeba mode in China.
