| The pharmaceutical industry has always been an industry closely related to people’s livelihood and is closely related to everyone’s daily life.In recent years,under a series of policies implemented by the state,the pharmaceutical industry has ushered in vigorous development,especially the R & D of innovative drugs,which has welcomed the popularity of capital under the blessing of policies.With the inflow of innovation funds,pharmaceutical R & D enterprises have gradually increased their investment in R & D.in the R & D investment,the expenditure of pharmaceutical R& D database has gradually become an essential content.As the first R & D database platform for the pharmaceutical industry in China,M company hopes to seize the market and realize the value of the company as soon as possible by taking the fast train of pharmaceutical innovation and development with the first mover advantage.However,after the commercialization of products,under the pressure of the product power of foreign competitors and various marketing means of domestic competitors,the revenue growth did not achieve the expected rapid expansion.After continuously combing the process,it is found that the product side company has no big problems,mainly because the sales side can not flexibly deal with various competitive problems and is hampered by various process systems of the company.Therefore,the senior leaders of M company have carried out amoeba reform on the sales department after some series of analysis and evaluation,hoping that under the amoeba reform,Let the salesperson have business awareness,business rights and independent accounting,so as to improve the company’s revenue and pave the way for the implementation of the follow-up company’s strategic planning.Starting from the relevant theoretical knowledge of amoeba,this thesis expounds the concept of amoeba management,the mode and principle of amoeba management,the conditions and important factors of amoeba implementation;Then it analyzes the operation mode of the Sales Department of M company before the reform,and looks for the problems in the current operation;Then it analyzes the achievements and problems in the implementation of amoeba reform;Finally,it makes an overall analysis of the implementation of amoeba,and gives optimization suggestions for the problems existing in the current reform in combination with practical problems.This thesis aims to find out the problems arising in the implementation process,and give corresponding solutions to specific problems,so as to help enterprises optimize their business model and improve their business ability.It is also hoped that through this analysis,the research results will be shared with more enterprises interested in Amoeba reform for reference. |
