Application Of Amoeba Business Model In RHSD Accounting Firm

In recent years,with the increase in marketization of the economy and the rapid development of domestic enterprises,accounting firms,as supervisors of the economic activities of enterprises,have also shown a booming trend.With the increasing number of accounting firms and the homogenization of their services and products,the focus is on how small and medium-sized accounting firms operate and how they can stand out from the crowd.The RHSD accounting firm,like many small and medium-sized accounting firms,has many management problems.In order to strengthen its competitiveness and improve its organizational management,it is necessary to change the business model and organizational structure of the RHSD accounting firm.Under the amoeba business model,the enterprise is divided into small amoeba organizations and each amoeba operates independently,forming a management model with full participation and greatly improving the organizational management effectiveness of the enterprise.This paper presents a study from the perspective of the business management of RHSD accounting firms,using a combination of literature research and survey research methods.Through research and analysis of the current management situation of RHSD accounting firms,problems in the current management of RHSD accounting firms are identified.Based on these problems,we analyze the necessity and feasibility of applying the amoeba business model to RHSD accounting firms,using the amoeba business model as a theoretical guide.Based on the implementation process of amoeba business model and the theory related to platform organization,combined with the actual RHSD accounting firm,we design a plan for RHSD accounting firm to apply amoeba business model in terms of building amoeba organization structure,determining the roles of amoeba members,developing amoeba business process,controlling the quality of amoeba practice,and conducting amoeba accounting plan design,and analyze the expected effect of its application of amoeba business model,and put forward the guarantee measures of human resources,corporate culture,capital and technology and incentive system.By studying the application of the amoeba business model of RHSD accounting firms,we hope to provide a theoretical basis for RHSD accounting firms to solve their existing business management problems and help them to develop and grow,as well as to provide reference for the change of business model in this niche industry of accounting firms.
