| A company pays more attention to the experience and price in supplier,,the overall assessment of suppliers is lack,there are no perfect evaluation system and evaluation method,which is not conducive to the selection of supplier and the development of A enterprises.In this thesis,the evaluation and selection of suppliers of raw materials(POM)are studied.In this thesis,In order to improve the level of supplier selection and management ability,combined with the characteristics of the evaluation of the company’s suppliers,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the company’s suppliers,such as the evaluation system and the evaluation methods of the company,and takes the level evaluation and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the method.Improve the supplier evaluation index system(including supplier quality control ability,product competitiveness,cooperation ability,development ability and other aspects,a total of six secondary indicators,20 three indicators),at the same time combined with post-evaluation indicators This paper chooses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation model of this paper.Taking the choice of supplier of polyoxymethylene as an example,the evaluation system,weight and evaluation result of POM suppliers are established,which solves the problem that the evaluation system of POM suppliers is imperfect.On the whole,the supplier evaluation system proposed is more comprehensive and perfect than the evaluation content adopted by the company,and uses the modern evaluation tool to provide an important reference for the company to improve the supplier selection system.Through the evaluation of the company’s POM products supplier,in 2015,the company chose JF company as the core supplier,and formed a strategic partnership.The introduction of JF company,the company’s product quality and cost are improved to a certain extent,the supplier evaluation system and evaluation method proposed in this paper is effective,the follow-up should be replicated in other company supplier selection of raw materials. |
