Research On Construction And Application Of AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method In Evaluating Environmental Management Perfermance Of Pharmaceutical Company

Pharmaceutical companies have made outstanding contributions to social and economic development and patient rehabilitation,but also have serious environmental pollution problems.Scientific and reasonable evaluation of environmental management performance of pharmaceutical companies is the basis for pharmaceutical companies to solve their environmental problems.To seek a scientific,reasonable,simple and easy method is a key issue in environmental management performance evaluation of pharmaceutical companies.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods,this paper proposes that the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is the most suitable in evaluating the environmental management performance of pharmaceutical companies.Based on this judgment,the AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model for environmental management performance evaluation of pharmaceutical companies is designed and researched by using the theories of environmental management performance evaluation and AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on the study on the selection of evaluation indexes,the analysis of hierarchical structure,the determination of index weight and the setting of evaluation criteria,AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed.Taking H pharmaceutical companies as a case,the application of the evaluation method in environmental management performance evaluation of pharmaceutical companies is studied.The evaluation shows that the environmental management performance of H Pharmaceutical Company is between medium and good in energy,raw and auxiliary materials consumption,implementation of environmental protection laws and regulations,and impact on the ecological environment,while the pollutant discharge,the adoption of advanced technology and community harmony are in the middle level.The overall level of environmental management performance of the pharmaceutical company is positioned in the medium level.To deal with these common problems in environmental management of domestic pharmaceutical companies,the paper proposes that pharmaceutical companies should focus on green development,energy saving,strengthening environmental risk control,and expanding environmental information disclosure.
