In the past several years,with the rise of globalization and the wave of informationization,the changes in the informationization and big data era,and the rapid expansion of the scale of enterprises,the social and economic development has encountered unprecedented impacts,and financial sharing services have been in place.Health.The Financial Sharing Center uses a streamlined operation method to decompose and then combine financial workflows to focus on the company's simple and repeatable financial steps,and to improve the management efficiency and level of large group companies facing large organizations and management organizations.According to statistics,at least 85%of the world's top 500 companies have completed or are in the process of building a shared service center,which includes not only finance,but also other related support functions such as personnel,strategy,sharing.It is closely integrated with the three aspects of business to jointly promote the transformation of corporate financial organization.These functions are fused through this new organizational operating model to more effectively support the main business of the business.The emergence of Deloitte Financial Robots in 2017 has accelerated the wave of reforms in the establishment of financial sharing centers for group companies.Based on the research at home and abroad,the review of the shared service,the theoretical basis and development status of the financial shared service center,this paper adopts a combination of case studies,comprehensive analysis and other methods to the GCL Group.Secondly,it introduces the financial sharing of GCL Group.The service status of the service center,including the group profile and construction background;on this basis,based on the information published by the Group and other scholars' research materials,the results and problems of the operation of the GCL Group Financial Shared Service Center are analyzed;Then it proposes the operation optimization idea of the financial sharing service center,realizes the optimization goal in the future,and starts the work of the GCL Group Financial Shared Service Center from the following five perspectives:organizational structure,business process,information platform,performance management and personnel management.Finally,the research conclusions of this paper are derived and the development trend of financial sharing services is forecasted.The author hopes to continuously optimize and improve the problems existing in the current stage of operation through the research of GCL Group's financial shared service center,and further improve the financial sharing service mode of GCL Group.At the same time,it is hoped that the research can give reference to the enterprise group in strengthening financial sharing services and provide favorable guidance for the company's final development.
