Research On The Choice And Application Of Enterprise Group Financial Sharing Service Mode

Due to the influence of economic globalization,enterprises are gradually developing in the direction of diversification and scale,so a large number of group enterprises and multinational companies have emerged,and the phenomenon of merger and reorganization is also increasing.However,many group companies have exposed management problems,which lead to the reduction of management and control ability and low operation efficiency.An effective way to solve these problems is to implement the financial sharing service model.Nowadays,with the rapid progress of information system,the concept of shared service has been better developed.Before implementing the financial shared service model,we should first consider the problem of model selection.Literature research,quantitative analysis and case analysis are used in the selection and application of Financial Sharing Service Mode of enterprise groups.First of all,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the selection and application of the financial sharing service mode of enterprise groups.Through the theory of scale economy,the theory of resource allocation,the theory of financial centralized management and the theory of business process reengineering,combined with the type of financial sharing service mode,it analyzes the factors that affect the selection of the mode,the necessity and feasibility of the application of the mode.Then,taking Haier Group as an example,through the analysis of the motivation and application process of the implementation of Financial Sharing Service Mode under the selection of advanced market-oriented financial sharing service mode by Haier Group,this paper analyzes the construction stage,development stage and mature stage of the implementation of financial sharing service mode by enterprises,which is helpful to better elaborate the financial sharing service mode of enterprise groups by combining with specific case analysis Application after mode selection.Finally,the application of the group's advanced market-oriented financial sharing service mode is evaluated to improve the operation efficiency,reduce the supervision cost,enhance the risk control ability and strengthen the support of strategic decision-making.At the same time,aiming at how to better choose the financialsharing service mode,and the application of the financial sharing service mode,this paper puts forward the experience reference and the guarantee measures for the selection and application of the financial sharing service mode of the enterprise group,in order to reduce the operation and management risk of the enterprise group,improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise,reduce the supervision cost of the enterprise,and make the enterprise develop rapidly.
