With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the time and space distance between people’s working place and their families and schools is gradually increasing.Most parents in the county are working on double pay and busy working without having time to take care of their children’s lunch and rest.On the other hand,the importance of education is increasingly prominent.More and more parents,especially those in rural areas,will try their best to send their children to county schools with better educational resources to finish their studies.The problem caused by this is that children’s lunch cannot be effectively solved.The emergence and development of the small dining table has greatly met the needs of the majority of parents and solved their worries.However,the hidden dangers of food safety have become increasingly prominent,causing widespread concern among parents and the society.On the basis of sorting out and analyzing the existing research data of small dining table,this paper takes the small dining table in the jurisdiction of boxing county as the research object,and adopts the research methods of literature,observation and interview.In this study,the author analyzes the food safety problems of small dining tables in Boxing county from five aspects through the research on the emergence and development status of the small dining tables in Boxing county.The hygienic conditions are not up to the standard,and the hidden dangers of food safety are prominent;They are mostly "husband and wife shops",and the quality levels of the employees are not uniform;Students’ nutrition is not balanced;The phenomenon of unlicensed operation is common;The management has low requirements and high profitability.Secondly,this paper expounds the main body and legal basis of foodsafety supervision of small dining table in Boxing county,and summarizes the supervision measures of food safety of small dining table in boxing county again.The main direction of this research is to analyze the problems and causes of food safety supervision on small dining tables in boxing county.The main problems of food safety supervision on small dining tables are as follows: The supervision and law enforcement force at the grassroots level is seriously insufficient and supervision is not in place;Multi-department supervision,unclear responsibilities and regulatory imbalance;The food safety supervision mode is single and the responsibility mechanism is not perfect;Some media reports are inaccurate,and social and parental participation is low.The main reasons are as follows: The laws and regulations are not perfect,and there is no clear relevant laws and regulations;There is no industry standard for small dining table;Multi-department supervision without effective coordination mechanism;Insufficient supervision team construction,and the government does not pay attention to it;The food safety awareness of the operators is weak,and the parents do "shake hands with the shopkeeper".Chapter 5 puts forward Suggestions and countermeasures for strengthening food safety supervision of small table in Boxing county.First,strengthen legislation and introduce management measures as soon as possible.Second,establish a long-term interconnected regulatory mechanism to increase accountability;Third,improve the service level of small dining table,establish and improve the inspection mechanism of employees;Fourth,strengthen the building of grassroots supervision;Fifth,we should intensify publicity efforts to form a synergy among the society,parents and the government.
