The world has entered the era of global integration of the supply chain,and competition in the industry is not only the competition between enterprises and enterprises,but also the competition between supply chain and supply chain.Jack Welch said,"If you don’t have the competitive advantage in the supply chain operation,simply do not compete." Therefore,the first task to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is to optimize the supply chain and speed up the competition.The responsing speed of market demand,constantly improving the level of service,reducing operating costs,reducing the occupancy of inventory funds,all of these require enterprises to improve the efficiency of procurement management.This paper introduces the current status and development trends of domestic and foreign research and application in procurement management under the supply chain management environmentand,and focuses on the three aspects of procurement business process reengineering,material procurement management and supplier management.Taking ZC company as the research object this paper discusses how to repurchase procurement business process,optimize material procurement management and improve supplier management in the supply chain management environment to improve the procurement management level and ultimately increase the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper introduces the industry,organizational structure,production status,customer types and purchasing requirements of ZC Company.Starting from the current purchasing management mode of the Company,using the ideas and methods of supply chain management,on the basis of practical investigation,research and work practice,this paper analyses the current situation of purchasing business process management,material purchasing management and supplier management of ZC Company in purchasing management,and points out the existing problems in purchasing management of the Company.Through the analysis of the existing procurement management process,starting from two aspects of procurement organization and procurement business process,this paper chooses systematic transformation method to reengineer procurement business process,strengthen material procurement management,standardize procurement behavior,reduce procurement cost,make procurement transparent,integrate internal and external resources of enterprises,and optimize supply chain.Based on the analysis of supply market structure and the characteristics of purchasing products of manufacturing enterprises,according to the company’s annual purchasing volume,market supply risk and purchasing opportunities,the products purchased are classified according to the four-quadrant classification principle,and different purchasing strategies are formulated according to the purchasing objectives of various materials,and implementation measures are put forward.According to the classical "quarterly method" of suppliers,different management strategies and dynamic management are implemented for different types of material suppliers.Standardize the supplier approval process and assessment process,improve the supplier evaluation index system,use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate suppliers,and combine the monthly assessment with the annual assessment to achieve a hierarchical management of suppliers and link performance evaluation with incentives.It strengthens the supplier’s emphasis on product quality awareness and the power of product technology improvement,and enhances supplier enthusiasm.By reengineering the business process of purchasing,formulating scientific purchasing strategy and establishing reliable supplier mechanism,the present purchasing management level of enterprises has been significantly improved,and the purpose of optimizing the company’s purchasing management has been achieved,so as to make it suitable for the development needs of enterprises. |
