From the introduction of apple juice concentrate technology in the early 1990 s,the concentrated apple juice processing industry in China has grown from small to large and continues to expand its production scale.It has become a world-renowned dominant country.However,in the rapid expansion of the concentrated juice processing industry and the rapid increase in production capacity,it is also faced with difficulties in purchasing raw materials and high prices.Although China's apple production ranks first in the world,there are not many raw materials used to process fruit juice,accounting for about 30% of the total apple production,and the ratio of apples to apples is seriously out of balance.The supply of raw materials for processing apples is in short supply.At the same time,domestic juice processing companies in the raw material apple market,the purchase of raw materials,apple prices continue to rise,from the previous 400 yuan / ton rose to 600-700 yuan / ton.Each domestic concentration and processing company is faced with difficulty in purchasing raw materials,and the price is high.It is often the case that the supply of raw materials is not timely leading to production suspension.At the same time,the market for international concentrated apple juice is not clear,and the profit margin has been shrinking.The Chinese juice concentrate processing industry is in a bad operating environment.As a medium-sized concentrated apple juice processing company in Liaoning Province,company A is also faced with the problem of difficulty in raw material apple purchase and high price in such a domestically and diplomatically difficult business environment.It needs to optimize and improve raw material procurement management process.Through on-the-spot research of Company A in the past six months,the Company collected and sorted out the raw material apple procurement data of Company A,conducted interviews with the relevant management personnel of the company,learned the profile of Company A and the raw material procurement model,and concluded that Company A was responsible for the procurement of raw materials and apples.The problems that emerged,such as the lack of timely adjustment of procurement plans,insufficient management control over suppliers,and inadequate internal control of procurement personnel.According to the corresponding issues,corresponding optimization strategies are put forward,the procurement plan is optimized through the implementation of material requirements planning and framework agreement,and the supplier management is optimized by controlling the number of suppliers,developing strategic partnerships,and formulating supplier performance appraisal plans.Strengthen the procurement and acceptance management of raw materials,improve the procurement personnel management and control system.
