Research On Procurement Methods Of Materials For Infrastructure Projects

As a major building country,China shows the charm of Chinese architecture to the world stage.China’s infrastructure strength is in the spotlight.Throughout the development of infrastructure projects,the transition from traditional procurement mode to supply chain procurement mode has promoted the rapid development of China’s infrastructure industry.However,for traditional procurement,its cost still occupies a considerable proportion in procurement project activities.High procurement costs lead to high total project costs and affect the rapid development of the infrastructure industry.Based on a large number of literature and scholars’ research,this paper discusses the material procurement methods of infrastructure projects,and puts forward the optimization strategy of improving the material procurement scheme of infrastructure projects,so as to reduce the procurement cost and improve the benefits.Firstly,the concept of procurement is summarized and classified,the meaning,characteristics,types and importance of the procurement of infrastructure projects are introduced in detail,and the characteristics of the procurement of infrastructure projects are introduced in combination with the concept of supply chain.Secondly,this paper analyzes the material procurement of traditional infrastructure projects and its common problems,and discusses the mode of centralized and decentralized procurement,supply chain procurement(vmi)and ordering point procurement;It is necessary to implement supply chain material procurement in infrastructure projects.Starting from reducing the cost of material procurement,this paper puts forward the idea and goal of material procurement method of infrastructure projects,including the classification of goods and materials by kalakjack matrix,and the weight of entropy weight method is calculated.The hierarchy and grey relational analysis are applied to supplier selection to reduce procurement costs.Finally,taking the b9 plot of a project in jinan as an example,this paper introduces the general situation,procurement status and problems of the project,and applies the above model to list the classification and positioning of seven kinds of materials.Taking the centralized mode purchasing product concrete as an example,optimizing its supplier management,and then putting forward some Suggestions on the optimization scheme of material procurement of China construction corporation.
