Due to the current situation of the world economic pattern,domestic and foreign raw material resources,rising costs and other situations,the competition between enterprises has become the competition between the enterprise supply chain.During the development of S Company in the past 20 years,compared with productive procurement management,non-productive procurement management has not received much attention and optimization,resulting in many problems such as material classification chaos,supplier development and maintenance is not standardized,single procurement method and strategy,lack of personnel ability and questioned.It is urgent to strengthen and perfect the management of non-organic purchasing.Non-productive procurement involves a lot of content,such as engineering,design,marketing,leasing,outsourcing,office services,IT hardware and software and other non-productive procurement projects,which serve all internal employees and support the normal operation of all functional departments within the enterprise.The mature management of non-productive procurement has become an important factor for the healthy operation of enterprises,and also an important breakthrough for enterprises to develop rapidly and seize the market.This paper mainly studies the material classification and coding design,supplier development and introduction,and non-productive procurement process of S company.On the one hand,the content and characteristics of non-productive purchasing management are deeply understood and analyzed by reading previous relevant literature and research..On the other hand,through the description and analysis of the actual problems of S Company,the targeted scheme design and optimization are made.It is hoped that a mature and localized management system will be gradually formed through the analysis and optimization design of the problems existing in S company’s non-productive procurement management.In addition,I also hope that this study can be used for reference by other researchers and enterprises.. |
