Meanwhile, with the increasing competition and product display technology development of liquid crystal display, the panel’s cost, quality, delivery time are becoming more and more demanding. As the most important cost of manufacturing enterprises, the procurement strategy directly affects the production cost and the profit.Based on the above background, there are more and more problems in procurement strategy of the B enterprise, Such as high price of raw material、unreasonable organizational structure、 complicated Business process, imperfect supplier management system and so on. Aiming at these problems, based on a large number of theory research, I analyzed the problem of raw material procurement strategy, and put forward the corresponding optimization solutions. First, By advancing material culture and generalized way to expand the raw material purchasing channels and reducing the purchasing cost. Second, Integration of each subsidiary business, such as set up supply chain planning center to bargaining together, optimizing purchasing process and strengthening the SAP system. Third, add the factors of raw materials to the vendor selection criteria and consummate the supplier evaluation system. Through the theory combined with the actual, I hope to be able to optimize the B Company’s procurement strategy and provide reference to the other similar manufacturing enterprises.
