Study On Raw Material Procurement Strategy Of N-F Group

With the development of global economic integration and the deepening of China's economic restructuring,the competition betw=een enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Supply chain management,as a management mode that can break through organizational boundaries and help enterprises integrate resources,comes into being in this condition.This means that enterprises need to link enterprises to strengthen cooperation.If manufacturing companies want to stand out from the global competition,they must take a leading position in the global supply chain.How to scientifically manage the procurement of raw materials under the environment of supply chain management is an important subject of enterprise purchase management and practice.This paper takes N-F company as a case in reference to a large number of related supply chain management literature and business cases on the meaning of supply chain management and procurement management.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign purchasing management development mode,supply chain procurement strategy research,and expounds the meaning of supply chain management,procurement and supplier management.Then it introduces the scale of N-F company,the supply chain organizational structure,and the situation of raw material procurement,and studies a series of problems existing in the supply chain management procurement system.These problems are that insufficient production capacity due to single supplie source,low supplier localication,long time of introducing new supplier.The problems found in the procurement management were analyzed one by one to find out the root causes of the problems,and finally put forward the raw material procurement adjustment and optimization strategy based on the supply chain environment,which include multi-source suppliers,establishment of supplier performance management system,optimization of new supplier process,and establishment of strategic supplier system.
