| Procurement management is a crucial part of enterprise operations,and procurement efficiency,quality,and cost directly affect the efficiency of fund utilization,profitability,and market competitiveness of enterprises.Especially for enterprises like Z Aerospace Company,the procurement model is mainly based on "multi batch,small batch".Scientific procurement management is of great significance for ensuring product quality,supply schedule,and stabilizing its supply chain.In recent years,Z Aerospace Company has improved its procurement management level through various means,but there are still a series of problems such as low procurement efficiency and high procurement costs,which contradict the company’s sustainable reform and development goals of "two highs and one low".This article takes the research on procurement management optimization of Z Aerospace Company as the topic,and takes the on-time delivery rate of Z Aerospace Company’s procurement contracts as the starting point.Through literature research,thematic interviews,questionnaire surveys,and other methods,the current situation and existing problems of Z Aerospace Company’s procurement management are first analyzed in depth.Secondly,based on the theory of lean supply chain management and the characteristics of Z Aerospace Company’s procurement management,optimization strategies are proposed from the aspects of procurement process,supplier management,procurement demand,procurement quality management,procurement information management,etc.,to solve the problems of Z Aerospace Company’s complex procurement process,lax quality control of procurement materials,unscientific procurement plans,inaccurate procurement demand,and low bargaining power with suppliers.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of Z Aerospace Company’s procurement management optimization measures,corresponding guarantee measures have been formulated.Research has shown that,firstly,the reasons for the low procurement management level of Z Aerospace Company are mainly concentrated in aspects such as delayed transmission of procurement information,high procurement costs,lax control of procurement quality,and poor supplier collaboration ability.Secondly,combining procurement management with lean supply chain management theory has great applicability for Z Aerospace Company to reduce procurement costs and efficiency.Its core is to reduce and eliminate waste in enterprises,reduce operating costs,shorten supply cycles,and quickly meet scientific research and production needs.Thirdly,it has certain guiding significance for mechanical and electrical component enterprises similar to Z Aerospace Company,providing valuable experience for enterprises to improve procurement efficiency and quality,reduce procurement costs,and enhance core competitiveness.Therefore,it is recommended that Z Aerospace Company further strengthen technological and management innovation in procurement management,and continuously improve the level of procurement management. |
