With the continuous development and maturity of information technology,the process of enterprise informatization construction in China is accelerating,and the innovative transformation of financial management models has attracted much attention as a key link in enterprise informatization construction.Summarizing domestic and foreign advanced financial management transformation and construction experience,financial shared services have won the favor of many scholars and enterprises for their advantages such as reducing costs,eliminating redundancy,and improving efficiency.How to judge the effectiveness of financial sharing implementation,how to measure the benefits that financial sharing brings to an enterprise,and what aspects to measure the content have also become important issues for the construction of corporate financial sharing services.Company M,as a regional real estate developer and lifestyle service provider,has numerous molecular companies and projects.In order to solve the problems of difficult financial accounting and difficult management and control,Company M started the construction of its financial shared service center in 2017.At present,Company M is still in the development phase of the construction of the financial shared service center,and its performance evaluation is still at the stage of evaluating the individual performance of employees.It lacks a systematic and complete performance evaluation system to measure the achievements of the financial shared service construction.This paper collects writing materials related to the dissertation through field practice research and literature research in the company's financial shared service center.After arranging the related concepts of financial shared services and performance management,combined with the current situation of the company's financial shared service center,the problems in its performance evaluation were analyzed,and the construction of a performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard was carried out.The actual implementation plan of the system was designed,and corresponding safeguard measures were proposed to strengthen the construction of the performance evaluation system of the company's financial shared service center.
