Financial sharing service is a new financial mode in the field of financial transformation in recent years.This mode centralizes the related processes or parts of the same work content of financial settings duplicated between different business units and accounting subjects into an independent service department-Financial Sharing Service Center,so as to integrate the resources of each business unit and reduce the cost.The purpose of enterprise cost,improving staff efficiency,guaranteeing the quality of financial data,and improving the satisfaction of internal enterprise service object or external service object.Group enterprises will generally go through three stages of organizational design,process design and operation design in the process of adjusting from decentralized financial model to financial sharing service model.Combining with the actual cases of today's group's implementation of Financial Sharing Service model,this paper elaborates on the three processes of today's group from decentralized financial model to financial sharing service construction.In the process of organizational design,the decentralized financial departments existing in many subordinate units are unified adjusted to form the group's Financial Sharing Service center,which is the biggest change in organizational design level.This change also forms the basis of the later process design.In the process design of Financial Sharing service,because the lower financial departments are adjusted to a unified group financial sharing service center,the accounting and other responsibilities of the former lower financial departments will also be assumed by the group financial sharing service center.According to the characteristics of the sharing service mode,the financial accounting of the whole group is adjusted to be refined according to the checkpoints of each accounting,forming different groups with different checkpoints of business accounting.The new process design should be combined with the division of labor of each group in the financial sharing service center,so as to extend to the whole group process design level and form a completely new one to meet the needs of enterprises.Business process.In the process of operation design,combined with the results of financial shared service process design,and considering the needs of group performance management today,this paper describes in detail the corresponding indicators from four levels: financial level,customer level,internal process design level and learning and growth level under the Group balanced scorecard performance method today.In the fourth chapter,combined with the performance indicators and data of the balancedscorecard mentioned in the assignment design,the fiscal division model adopted today is changed from the post-group change,and the financial sharing service center model discusses the impact management of the enterprise.Chapter 5 summarizes the case study of today's group,which corresponds to the data changes mentioned in Chapter 4on the four levels of performance evaluation of today's group using balanced scorecard.At the financial level,through several financial indicators such as cost-profit ratio and business processing time limit,we can get the impact of financial sharing services on operational efficiency and cost efficiency.At the customer and internal process level,through the number of complaints,business error rate,customer satisfaction and other indicators,we can get the impact of financial sharing services on transparent finance,risk control,the quality of accounting statements,but also significantly drive the financial transformation and create management value.Finally,from the study and growth level of staff training venues,training funds investment and staff turnover rate and other indicators,we can get the changes of financial sharing services on information system integration,process transformation,staff participation convenience.Finally,we also point out that financial sharing services in the construction process should strengthen the control of construction costs.Balanced Scorecard,the performance evaluation method of today's group financial sharing service,is mainly discussed in this paper.The core of this performance method is to achieve the strategic trajectory of an enterprise through the four indicators of finance,customer,internal process,learning and development,and through the causal relationship between the four indicators,so as to achieve the process of assessment-improvement-implementation-revision of strategic objectives.This paper mainly discusses the application of performance management mode of Balanced Scorecard in the mode of Financial Sharing service.Therefore,the selection of indicators of Balanced Scorecard mainly reflects the management needs of Financial Sharing service,focusing on the changes of indicators in the transformation of enterprises from financial decentralization mode to financial sharing service mode.This paper mainly adopts the writing method of case analysis combined with literature research.In terms of the full text structure,this paper first combs the basic theory of Financial Sharing Service Research at home and abroad and the related literature of financial sharing service performance research,then elaborates the concept and development of Financial Sharing service,the theoretical basis of Balanced Scorecard performance method and the theoretical basis of financial sharing service from theliterature theory level.Then,taking the implementation of financial sharing services in today's group as a specific case,this paper discusses the impact of the implementation of financial sharing services in group enterprises by analyzing the implementation of Financial Sharing in today's group and the evaluation results of using balanced scorecard as several indicators of performance evaluation methods.It is hoped that this paper,as a case of implementing financial sharing service by using the performance evaluation of balanced scorecard,will enable readers to understand the impact of Financial Sharing on enterprises through the changes of four aspects of data before and after the performance evaluation of balanced scorecard,so as to provide reference for other enterprises that have implemented financial sharing service and are ready to implement financial sharing service.
