In the context of economic globalization,with the rapid development of China's economy,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.On the one hand,companies are increasingly pressing for goals such as reducing operating costs and improving service quality;on the other hand,companies are increasingly involved in capital and financial management is more complex,making the financial model from decentralized to centralized change.In China,many large enterprises such as Sichuan Changhong,ZTE,and Sunshine Insurance have established financial sharing centers,and the daily operating procedures of the financial sharing centers have become increasingly perfect.However,the performance evaluation of financial sharing centers needs to be further explored.Based on the field investigation of Haidilao Finance Sharing Center,this paper studies how to design an optimization plan for performance evaluation of Haidilao Finance Sharing Center.First,the article systematically summarizes related concepts on the basis of researching related backgrounds and domestic and foreign literatures,and provides a theoretical basis for designing a performance evaluation optimization plan for Haidilao Finance Sharing Center.Secondly,the general situation of Haidilao Finance Sharing Center and the status of performance evaluation are introduced,and the existing problems and their causes are analyzed.Thirdly,based on the framework of the balanced scorecard,the article designed the optimization plan for the performance evaluation of Haidilao Finance Sharing Center based on the results of the questionnaire and determined the weights of the indicators.Then scored by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analyzed the performance evaluation results of Haidilao Finance Sharing Center,analyzed the expected results after adopting the optimization scheme and formulated safeguard measures,and finally summarized this article.FSSC is a department with standardized processes.Each business is interlinked.When designing the performance evaluation plan of the financial sharing center,it should start from its strategy and evaluate the business of the financial sharing center and each group,so as to motivate employees to continuously improve performance Enable the financial sharing center to give full play to its due role,and then promote the development of the enterprise.
