With the continuous expansion of the company's scale and the rapid development of information technology,more and more financial management problems of multinational corporations and group companies have been exposed.In order to solve the problem of drastic increase in operating costs and reduced operational efficiency,the financial management model has been transformed.The theory of financial sharing services came into being.The concept of shared services originated in the West.In the early 1980 s,Ford in the United States took the lead in proposing a financial shared service management model and was quickly promoted.Through the process of process reengineering and standardized management,it helps companies achieve the goals of cost reduction,efficiency improvement and risk reduction.Today,more than 90% of the world's top 500 companies have established specialized financial sharing service centers.Due to the late development of the shared service concept in China,the lack of experience in the construction process of the enterprise,and some unforeseen problems,there are still many aspects that need improvement.In response to this problem,this paper selects a large group company H Group in the financial and insurance industry as a case company.H Group started to build a financial shared service center in 2004.After 15 years,it has developed continuously and has certain representativeness and financial sharing.The construction of the service center was carried out.The article first introduces the relevant theories of financial sharing services and the research status at home and abroad,and then analyzes the implementation background,implementation conditions,organizational structure and process management of H Group Financial Center,and evaluates its implementation effect to find out the construction process.The existing problems,and put forward optimization suggestions for these problems,and finally summarize,summarize the key points in the process of financial shared service center construction,mainly process reengineering,standardization management,personnel management,information system support,as other The success of the company intending to build a financial shared service center,and the future development of the financial shared service model.It is believed that it will help the continued development of H Group's financial sharing service.It also hopes to help the construction and operation of other companies' financial shared service centers,sothat more companies can benefit from the construction of financial shared service centers.
