As China becomes more of a growing economic and international player, more and more multi-national companies use Chinese city as a regional headquarters to support their investments in China and the Asia Pacific region. And as China’s competitive power of enterprises is growing, FSSC spreads its rapid development in the Chinese market, businesses start invest in FSSC in succession.Based on the background, this paper firstly gives a brief introduction of FSSC, use the cash management, which is quite important for the business operations, as an entry point to present a deep research of the cash flow management situation and problems of B Group.For B Group’s cash management, factors of two sides are at work, both external and internal.External factors are economic factors, legal reasons and also industry ones. Internal ones are companies’choice of value creation and management, a streamlined and efficient workflow, the support of managers and employees and a reasonable pay incentive system. And as a point that cannot be neglected, FSSC act on the internal factors.After several years spent demonstrating the FSSC, the cash management of B Group didn’t keep pace with the development of FSSC, even causing problems such as slower thoughts of cash flow management, meticulous workflow, feeble cash flow forecast management and financial early-warning system.For the current situation of B Group, this paper advice that the executives should pay more attention to the characteristics of FSSC and the effects it emits on the cash flow management. The optimization measures should include strategic level, internal control, links improvement and budget control.This paper mainly focuses on the optimization measures of B Group’s cash management based on the links improvement, and for other forms of optimization measures are not in-depth discussion. The writer hopes from the links improvement view, this paper could contributes to B Group’s cash flow management and the development of Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC).
