The Research Of The Design Of The FSSC Construction For The THC Company

With the acceleration of economic globalization,the large multinational companies are growing very fast.As the rapid growth of the group company business scale,the expansion of company size needs the new financial management.In such case,the concept of financial shared services was born.Financial Shared Service Center,which originated in the 1980s,has been widely used in the financial companies,insurance companies and so on.Until the 1990s the FSSC was introduced to China.Nowadays,many domestic enterprises have adopted FSSC management mode.However,the FSSC model application in the construction industry is relatively rare.Also,there are a large number of construction enterprises with high capital demand,but the construction enterprise's financial management is not suitable for the current situation.So for the construction enterprises it is necessary to introduce FSSC model.This paper adopted the methods of literature review,questionnaire and case method to offer the ways to build the FSSC of the THC Company.First,investigate the domestic and foreign research status quo of FSSC;Secondly,introduce the concept and patterns of FSSC,and the classification of the financial function;Thirdly,analysis the advantages and necessity of construction enterprises to establish FSSC;Fourthly,analysis the currently external environment and the existing problems in current financial management;Fifthly,from the organizational structure,system design,flow design,team construction,system construction,offer the construction plans of FSSC scheme in detail;At last,analysis the possible problems and make the solutions in the process of building the FSSC,to provide a reference for THC Company building the FSSC.
