Research On The Performance Of W Group's Working Capital Management Under The Financial Sharing Mode

In the continuous development of China's economy in recent years,the real estate industry become a pillar industry of the country,vast contribution to national economic growth and W enterprise as the leading enterprises in real estate industry,has the good development foundation,under the background of economic transformation in China,W enterprise in working capital management is faced with some challenges.Therefore,W enterprise introduced the financial sharing service mode in 2013,which played a positive role in strengthening working capital management to some extent.However,W enterprise's working capital management performance was still at a medium level in the industry.This paper analyzes the influence of the establishment of financial sharing center of W enterprise on its working capital management performance,provides Suggestions for W enterprise to optimize working capital management performance,and provides reference significance for enterprises in the same industry to introduce financial sharing mode to optimize working capital management.Efficacy coefficient method in this paper,using the case method,and the CRITIC method of W enterprise financial index analysis from 2010 to 2017,eight years of working capital management performance evaluation,then through the SWOT analysis of the financial Shared center operation process analysis,phase analysis and funds,combined with the author during the period of MPAcc practice practice research,found that financial sharing center construction influence on working capital management performance trends,thus put forward the financial sharing mode W enterprise optimization Suggestions to perfect the management of working capital performance and safeguard measures.Based on W company as a case study,this paper based on the domestic and foreign financial sharing and management of working capital for the research conclusion,clear in this paper,we study the definition of related concepts and of W enterprise establish financial sharing center before and after eight years of working capital management performance evaluation,and then through the Shared W enterprise financial center of SWOT analysis,phase analysis and capital operation process analysis to explore the effects of working capital management performance.Found that the establishment of financial sharing center can increase the efficiency of working capital to a certain extent,improve management performance,but W enterprise financial sharing center built time is shorter,compared with other Shared mature enterprises there are still inadequate experience,the function is not perfect,sharing system usability and low employee acceptance for sharing platform of the problem.Based on the analysis of the overall environment of W enterprise and the real estate industry,reasonable optimization Suggestions and guarantee measures are put forward.
