With the reform opening up,the market economy of China has achieved great success in joining the World Trade Organization.Most enterprises have developed,and the market has becoming more and more competitive.Talent attraction and employee retention are some of the main challenges that currently affect the growth of the company worldwide,Especially as the market dynamics and the structure of the labor force,Globalization,diversification and internationalization have become an important strategy for enterprises to resist risks and earn profits.So the global,international,cross-industry and cross-regional enterprises are springing up.However,in the process of strengthening and expanding,enterprises have faced with more and more risks in the unpredictable market environment,and the management mode of financial performance,which has become an important topic for many enterprises to discuss.Therefore,the application model of financial Shared services center emerges at the historic moment.Domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a lot of the cortical and practical studies on it.China's legal and practical management has been constantly improving.Many researches have attempted on the transformation of financial functions,personnel transformation,cost reduction,efficiency improvement and financial performance improvement.This article has focused on the enterprise strategy theory,the theory of organization structure and human resources performance management theory research,take the financial Shared services center of Chow Tai Fook Jewelry Group Co.,Ltd.based on Financial Shared Services Center for example,comparing the construction of the mode of financial management as the research object.First,research on the financial Shared servicescenter and the financial performance.Second research on the background of the financial shared services center construction,construction process and construction after the summary,especially on the performance change before and after the operation of enterprise financial management analysis to sum up,by the financial performance indicators of management method,analysis the case,and to establish a bench marking.For the development and management of large and medium-sized enterprises,how to quickly realize the integration of enterprise industry and finance,and how to quickly let the management obtain market information and make decisions to provide effective and high-quality information for reference.The purpose of this paper is to propose how to enable enterprises to support networked financial organizations through financial Shared services mode and standardized process system,so as to improve the forecasting ability and insight of financial personnel and provide professional financial support for business development and market planning in a timely and accurate manner.Financial Shared services center according to the enterprise management decision makers to provide the financial position and operating results,as to make accurate judgment market development status and the law,timely to make the right decisions,further balance the enterprise long-term strategic development goal,effectively control the cost,control enterprise risk,to enhance the enterprise's financial performance,provide professional guidance for enterprises to expand further integration of resources and reference,to improve financial performance theory to provide more practical experience.
