Research On Group Enterprise Capitla Management Under FSSC

With the economic globalization and the progress of information technology,more and more enterprises have realized the global expansion strategy by establishing sub-companies all over the world.However,if there is not a set of highly centralized financial information management system,it will bring some difficult problems to the management of the company.In order to solve this problems,enterprises have focused on the application of FSSC in recent years,so as to improve the working efficiency of the group.At present,the FSSC is still in the development stage,it also has some problems.This paper selects FY group as a case to study the capital management under FSSC.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this study,and briefly expounds the research framework,research methods and research innovation.The second chapter is mainly about the literature review,which is mainly divided into capital management research review,FSSC research review and the combination of the two research review,and then I will put forward personal opinions.The third chapter is the theoretical analysis of the group's capital management under FSSC.In the last section of this chapter,the whole analytical framework is proposed to pave the way for the case analysis in the following part.The fourth chapter introduces the case of FY group,and firstly introduces the basic situation of the group.Then analyze the differences of capital management between the traditional mode and the FSSC mode.The fifth chapter analyzes the implementation effect of FSSC.Since the group has not used this mode for a long time,there are still some problems.Therefore,I will put forward some solutions.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.This paper chooses the capital management under FSSC as the research point to study the significance of the application of FSSC for the fund management of group enterprises.According to the current research results,there are many literature studies on enterprise capital management,but few of them combine the financial sharing center to conduct case studies.Secondly,most of the research on FSSC focuses on the improvement of enterprises' internal control,not further research on fund management.Therefore,the innovation of this paper lies in: doing the case study which combine the concept of FSSC with the group capital centralized management.
