In the current era of global economic integration,the development of the manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly difficult.First,it has been affected by international and environmental influences.The development of domestic private enterprises is not as good as before.Secondly,it faces competition from large and medium-sized enterprises,finally,with the development of the times,consumers are increasingly pursuing the demand of individuation and diversification.From the perspective of industrial engineering,production management plays an important role in the long-term stable development of enterprises.The development of enterprise a at this stage is not as good as before,and it has already entered a slow development stage.The competition among similar heat exchanger enterprises in the coastal regions of Jiangsu and Zhejiang has resulted in the development of enterprise a not going smoothly,and in China,the rising cost of labor and raw materials markets,customer orders are also slowly decreasing,affected by the sino-us trade war,also let a enterprise's operations more difficult.How to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the complex and changeable situation,retain old customers,attract new customers and meet customer needs,effectively improve product quality and reduce unnecessary waste,reduce costs,etc.,these are many problems that enterprise a is facing at present.Taking enterprise a as the research object,this paper firstly expounds the background and significance of this paper,summarizes the concept,origin and development of lean production management,and the present research and implementation situation at home and abroad by using the method of literature research,and the connotation of lean production is characterized by human,machine,material and method,through the method of "4M1E",this paper analyzes many unreasonable places in production management,and hopes to achieve the goal of improving production environment and product quality Then,a series of lean production and management research was carried out aiming at the problem points,whichinvolved all employees,combined with the concept of lean production and management,mainly using IE tools with 6s as the improvement core,the production and management status of enterprise a was improved,the product quality was improved,the labor cost was saved,and a clean,comfortable,clean,reasonable and safe working environment was created.Therefore,in-person practice inspection is a key step to solve the current production situation of enterprise a,and then combine the found unreasonable place with the Lean theory knowledge learned,develop proprietary solutions and operational implementation,assign responsibilities to each employee,and ensure all staff participate in improvement activities to ensure the effectiveness of lean management.
