In the 1950s,Toyota's lean production model,with its success in decades,has been recognized and used by global manufacturing companies and is becoming more sophisticated.The practice of many companies proved that lean production model is the most advanced and effective production management,it is by emphasizing full participation in the control from the source to eliminate waste,improve production efficiency and manufacturing flexibility,reduce business operations and manufacttring costs,improve quality,So that the company in the market in an invincible position.Based on the lean production theory,this paper diagnoses and analyzes the production efficiency of M company's assembly shop,and uses lean theory and lean tools to find a solution to the problem.The improvement of the production efficiency has been worked out.From the aspects of improvement of workshop production site improvement,6S site management,process optimization,standardized operation and balance of production line,the paper has made some research through the improvement of the implementation of the activities.To achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency.This paper elaborates the concept of lean production mode and contrasts the selection and application of lean production tools and production efficiency improvement programs.The workshop layout is re-designed and improved,and the overall layout of the workshop is analyzed and optimized according to the process flow,which shortens the logistics handling time.The workshop is divided into two parts.Analyze the process and analyze the process,analyze the process,optimize the process,improve the product quality,reduce the invalid loss,shorten the production cycle to improve the production efficiency;eliminate the time between the process caused by uneven Production line balance is low.Finally,the improvement of the production line before and after the indicators were compared,such as in the product handling distance and time,product production cycle,the production line balance rate.And pointed out that the lean production to the production efficiency of the huge increase and promote the role,and the future use of lean to provide a reference for reference and reference.
