As an advanced management method,lean production has been first used in manufacturing industry successfully.Subsequently widely used in various industries.It has been proved that,lean production can help enterprises save costs,eliminate waste and improve production efficiency,even in the changing market environment.In recent years,China's manufacturing industry has been developing rapidly and has formed a complete range of industrial system,which is independent and complete.The manufacturing enterprises are facing more competition from domestic and overseas,and chance and challenge are coexisting.In order to meet the needs of the market,the enterprise must actively adapt to the needs of the market,need to find their own production management mode,and constantly improve their comprehensive competitiveness.As a motor manufacturing enterprise,CCS has introduced lean production in the In the fierce competition and self-development needs.This paper analyzes the existing problems of lean production in CCS company,and puts forward the optimization scheme.First of all,the paper briefly expounds the research results of lean production and lean production at home and abroad,and analyzes the lean manufacturing tools.Combined with the above content,the paper introduces the current situation of CCS company's implementation of lean production,including some measures already implemented,such as 5S,TPM and other tools.Through the investigation and analysis of the lean production of CCS company,it is found that there are some problems,such as the 5S promotion pause,the field management tools have little effect,the equipment maintenance cycle is not reasonable,and the staff participation is not enough.Through the analysis of the above problems,we believe that the main reasons are not supported by the system,the quality of staff should be improved,and departments can not work together.The main research methods of this paper include literature research,the method of on-the-spot investigation,method of analysis of caseand comparative analysis.Through the use of the above methods,in view of the CCS company's early implementation of lean production problems,some optimization suggestions are put forward.The optimization scheme is put forward from the aspects of constructing Lean culture,strengthening on-site management,setting reasonable maintenance period and improving personnel quality.This paper hope that through research,to enhance the CCS's level of lean production,Lean culture construction,achieve continuous improvement,improve the comprehensive competitiveness,and to continue to promote lean production in CCS company,after providing support.At the same time,it can also provide reference for the implementation of lean production in the same industry.
