Study On Lean Improvement Of Rotor Production

After entering 21 th century,with the deepening of the process of global integration,the corporation and exchange between enterprises and enterprises in the global scope is increasing.At the same time,the competition among enterprises is increasing.As one of the methods of lean production in the current society of advanced production,lean production method is also introduced into the traditional production management,so as to improve the enterprise's survival and development in the fierce market competition.From the production of lean improvement,if the scientific and effective management method is to achieve the production of lean improvement tools,then the continuous and stable operation of the equipment is the basis for the efficient implementation of scientific management tools.Therefore,in order to achieve lean production,we can not do without the use of lean production tools,but also the scientific maintenance to the equipment.This paper firstly introduces the main product types and structures of A workshop,clarifies the core position of rotor in the whole series of products in the A workshop,emphasizes the necessity of the improving in rotor production in A workshop.Secondly,through the analysis of the empirical data of the past years,this paper points out the 4 shortcomings of the rotor in the process of processing,and through the analysis of the factors that cause these problems,the direction of improvement has been clarified.Finally,as the goal to complete the A workshop annual production task,and in order to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency,this paper has put forward some improvement measures to the rotor production through reducing the lifting line and optimizing the loading tool,with 4 deficiencies to be improved as a breakthrough and the idea of lean production for the purpose.At the same time,through the introduction of ABC analysis method,the key equipment of rotor machining were classified.After refining and improving the implementation of standardized equipment maintenance,the running stability of the equipment has been improved and sustained.
