Under the background of the gradual aggravation of competition in the communication industry,this paper analyzes the production management problems which lead to the unsatisfactory management index of production efficiency,delivery period,process quality and comprehensive utilization ratio of equipment and instruments in J Company.The purpose of the research is to make a set of improvement plans for enterprises and promote the implementation of lean production in due course according to the relevant theories such as industrial engineering,lean production,constraint theory,and so on,with the help of value flow diagram and relevant management tools of industrial engineering.In terms of efficiency and quality,we maintain a competitive advantage in the fierce market competition.At the same time,seize the market opportunity,constantly optimize the internal management of enterprises.Firstly,the related literature is studied,and the existing problems of J Company are investigated by using the research methods of literature research,investigation method and observation method,and the root of the problem is found out.Secondly,according to the analysis of the problems of J company,with the help of process analysis and improvement of ECRS technology and value flow diagram and other related tools,the improvement plan and promote the implementation.Finally,the final improvement effect is evaluated by the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.With the joint efforts of all the staff of the team,the production efficiency of PCBA process of J company repeater is increased by6.5%,the production efficiency of module process is increased by 11.3%,and the production efficiency of the whole process is increased by 13.8%.The overall utilization rate of comprehensive equipment increased by 14.09%,the delivery time of products was shortened by16.82%,and the qualified rate of the whole process was increased by 0.63%.The research shows that the success of improving and improving the production management of repeater products has played a very good demonstration role in promoting lean production in an all-round way;the corporate image of the company and its influence in the industry have been improved to a certain extent;it has also laid a good foundation for the continuous improvement of the company and the establishment of a lean production system with the characteristics of J company.
