No enterprise under the increasingly fierce market competition can maintain a competitive advantage in all fields.In order to gain leadership advantages in a certain area,the company must make some trade-offs.Therefore,more and more manufacturing companies will focus on core businesses with competitive advantages such as product development,production,and sales.The relatively weak links can be outsourced to professional institutions or enterprises to use professional services to improve their competitiveness and thus improve the overall competitiveness of an enterprise is a major trend in the current enterprise development.The logistics business is not the core business of most manufacturing companies,or the professionalism is not strong here,but logistics is crucial to the development of the enterprise,so it will choose to outsource the logistics business to enterprises specializing in logistics management.Outsourcing logistics to professional logistics companies is an important magic weapon for enterprises to reduce costs,improve response speed,and improve enterprise efficiency.How to choose the best partner among many logistics service providers has become the key to the success or failure of logistics outsourcing.The research content of this article is the choice of the third-party logistics service provider,mainly to complete the research work in thefollowing aspects:(1)Introduce the background of logistics service provider selection and intuitionistic triangular fuzzy number research,review the research achievements in related fields at home and abroad,and analyze the theoretical value and practical significance of this article;(2)Through analysis and selection of evaluation indicators of third-party logistics service providers,the weights are calculated using the structural entropy weight method,and the logistics service provider evaluation method based on intuitionistic triangular fuzzy numbers is used to obtain expert weights based on DS evidence theory The TOPSIS method makes the final selection and ranking of logistics service providers;(3)Finally,the HZ enterprises choose logistics service providers as an example to verify the rationality and practicability of this method.
