Subsequently, the basic theory of Rough Sets and IntervalIntuitionistic Fuzzy is elaborated. After learning about the evaluation index system ofThird-party service provides and Third-party cold chain service providers, an evaluationindex system of choosing Third-party cold chain logistics is established combining withthe characters of cold chain logistics, Rough Sets are used to filter the system anddetermine the weight, IVIFSs are used to rank and select these Third-party cold chainlogistics service providers, finally an example is give to test and verify validity of thechoice.
