China is in the forefront of the world in the production of concentrated fruit juice,especially apple juice.With the continuous development of the market,the competition in concentrated fruit juice industry is becoming increasingly fierce.Especially under the condition of great changes in current trade policy,the export of concentrated fruit juice has been affected to a certain extent.It is worth considering how to realize further development of concentrated fruit juice enterprises.The proposition of the exam.A Juice Co.,Ltd.is a concentrate juice production enterprise in Yantai City.Since its establishment in 1996,it has been ranked first among the domestic concentrate juice production enterprises.However,the decrease of profits and export sales of the current juice industry have greatly affected the long-term development of A Juice Company.Based on this background,this paper studies the development strategy of A Juice Company.In this paper,firstly,the theory and literature related to enterprise development strategy and strategic management are sorted out and summarized.Through the summary of relevant theories,the theoretical basis for this study is laid.On this basis,this paper analyzed the development status and development process of A Juice Company,and predicted the future development of A Juice Company by using time series prediction method.Based on the forecasting results,it is known that the existing development strategy can not meet the development needs of A Juice Company,so it is necessary to adjust the development strategy of enterprises.In this paper,the internal and external environment of A Juice Company is analyzed.The development characteristics of A Juice Company are understood through internal environment analysis,PEST analysis of external environment and Five Forces analysis.The advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of A Juice Company are analyzed by SWOT analysis.SO strategy and WO strategy are selected as the basis of enterprise development strategy through analysis.Finally,this paper formulates the strategic objectives and implementation plan for the development of A Juice Company,mainly from the perspectives of grasping domestic and foreign dual markets,diversified development,penetrating retail market,upgrading brand strategy and focusing on circular production,And from the internal structure optimization,enterprise brand promotion,core personnel training,capital management improvement,strengthen the safety of production several aspects of the implementation of the strategy of safeguards.
