Through the analysis of the macro environment,the competitive environment of the city gas industry and the internal environmental conditions of the GR gas company,this paper discusses the development strategy of Shandong GR Gas Co.,Ltd.The value lies in clarifying the development strategy of the company and the strategy of GR Gas Company.Development provides valuable guidance.The research methods used in the research process are literature research method,PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method.Through scientific research methods,the internal and external environment of the company's development can be more clearly analyzed,and the foundation for its strategy is laid.The core content of this paper is the development strategy choice of GR Gas Company.In terms of research conclusions,the following conclusions are drawn.First,the company's overall strategy,including the Zibo City as the center,followed the process of urbanization development,gradually radiating to the surrounding areas,and at the same time quickly carry out the horizontal integration strategy of investment and construction of high-pressure pipe network at the border of the planning area;Cost of construction,increase market development rate,reduce safety accidents,reduce transmission losses,optimize processes,reduce internal consumption,and achieve low-cost strategies for refined management;and seize natural gas price adjustment opportunities and power reform opportunities to accelerate the development of distributed energy To increase the diversification strategy of the company's sales volume.The second is the business strategy,which determines the consolidation and expansion of the business area,the deepening of the business area and the innovative development strategy of the gas application field.Third,all functional strategies,financial management should reduce costs and increase efficiency,operational management should reduce supply and marketing differences,human resources management should optimize allocation,deepen performance management,strengthen team building,and clear priority in safety management.On the basis of formulating the above strategic development,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,GR Gas Company needs to develop detailed safeguardmeasures from the five aspects of resource supply,engineering technology,human resources and organizational structure to ensure the implementation of the strategy.Can promote the development of GR gas company to achieve a qualitative leap.
