The thesis first carries on the external environment analysis of Powerleader with PEST Analysis Mode. And then, combined with the company’s internal environmental to clear that the opportunities and threats for the external environment and strengths and weaknesses of the internal condition. Based on these results, summed up the short.term strategy plan of Powerleader is "Aim focus "and "diversity", and the long-term development strategy is "Overall cost leadership".
